There are many things that play into the ability to move a Radio Station but nothing lends more credibility than a well documented station and the Sellers ability to provide strong documentation to the Seller.

Sellers should not be concerned about the sharing of information as that is covered in the Non-Disclosure Agreement.    Consider documentation as your best opportunity to vindicate everything that has been said and stated in the sales process.

When preparing to sell a Radio Station,  as the Seller,  you should gather the following documentation and be prepared to share it.

  • Last 2 years Grossed Billed Sales Reports or Projections by month
  • Last 2 years Collections Report by month
  • Last 2 years Bank Deposits
  • Itemized Expense Report
  • Master Account List of Businesses who work with you
  • Equipment Inventory List
  • Vehicle Fleet Report with Kelley Blue Book Values
  • Real Property County Assessment and Property Tax Card
  • County Personal Property Tax Card
  • Active Syndicated Program Agreements
  • List of any Trade Agreements
  • Payroll Report with Synopsis of who does what
